Hi again! This fixes some errors from CI:
This simply updates the actions to their latest major version.

pinactandzizmor, for example pinning versions to a hash (ex.uses: anishathalye/proof-html@3cb0083534425b4902e6e77ac26ac3fe5b718f51 # v2.2.4, reducing impact of supply chain attacks similar to the ones we saw withtj-actions/changed-files.The github-pages gem can't satisfy your Gemfile's dependencies.
